wraps I've been throwing together on autopilot

Right so this isn't really a recipe, more just summat I've been doing for lunch on the days I'm in the office and need to eat at my desk without it being sad. Wholemeal wrap, big spoonful of hummus smeared across the middle, then whatever's knocking about — usually cucumber, grated carrot, a handful of spinach, and if I've got leftover chicken from the night before it goes in too. Sprinkle of mixed seeds from the big bag in the cupboard. Roll it up, wrap it in foil so it doesn't fall apart on me. That's it. Takes maybe five minutes if I make it the night before while I'm doing owt else in the kitchen. To be fair it sounds almost too basic to mention but I've been eating this two or three times a week for about a month now and I've not got bored of it yet which is saying summat. Tom actually nicked one out the fridge last week and didn't complain, so I'm calling that a win. Lucy asked what the seeds were and looked suspicious but she's like that with everything.

do you eat it before or after though, I can never work out if hummus sits right mid-training
